No. Zero coding required. Our AI employees run inside Claude — which you access through a free app on your phone or desktop. Setup is a copy-paste install that takes under 10 minutes. If you can send a text message, you can run an NMD AI employee.

Our tools are sold as one-time purchases — you pay once and own it. The only ongoing cost is your Claude subscription (Anthropic charges ~$20/month for Claude Pro, which powers everything). Optional territory locks are $200/month if you want exclusive market protection.

Claude is the AI assistant made by Anthropic — one of the leading AI companies in the world. It's available as a free app (claude.ai) and as a downloadable desktop app. Claude is what powers our AI employees — think of it as the brain, and our skills are the job training.

Claude free gives you limited daily messages. Claude Pro (~$20/month) gives you extended usage, access to the most powerful models, and the ability to use Claude Code — which is required for running NMD's full AI employee suite. We always recommend Pro for professional use.

Claude Code is Anthropic's advanced agentic interface — it lets Claude take real actions on your computer, run automations, and use installed skills (like ours). It's the environment where NMD AI employees live and operate. You install it once, load our skills, and your AI team is ready to work.

Our tools are built as Claude skills — structured prompt files that install into Claude Code. We have submitted tools to Anthropic's official plugin marketplace and continue to build for the platform. All skills are built to Claude's standards and work natively inside the Claude Code environment.

Yes. Claude is built by Anthropic with strong privacy standards. Your conversations are not used to train the model by default (especially on Pro). Our skills run locally on your machine — your leads, client data, and business info stay on your device, not on NMD's servers.

NMD AI Companies are five pre-built AI business units — each a complete team of AI employees specialized for one industry:

• NMD Mortgage Co. — Refi leads, buyer pre-qual, rate alerts
• NMD Auto Co. — Car buyer leads, conquest campaigns, follow-up

Each company has multiple AI employees (skills) that you install and run through Claude.

Yes. Individual AI employees (skills) are available starting at $50/lead or $500/tool. You don't have to buy a whole company — pick the specific employee that solves your biggest problem first, then add more as you grow. See our full pricing on the Solutions page.

A full AI company package includes all skills for that vertical, setup documentation, onboarding walkthrough, and priority Telegram support. The full NMD suite (all five companies, all tools) is $3,000 and includes a free territory lock for your market.

Yes — that's one of our most popular arrangements. The white-label portal lets you rebrand NMD tools under your own company name and sell them to your clients. Ask us about partnership pricing in Telegram.

Most people are up and running in under 10 minutes.

Yes. Claude Code runs on Mac, Windows, and Linux. The installation steps are slightly different per OS — our Get Started guide walks through all three. Mobile-only users can use the web version of Claude with some limitations.

Try these steps first:

• Make sure the skill file is in the correct folder: ~/.claude/skills/
• Restart Claude Code after adding the file
• Type the skill name exactly as shown in the instructions (e.g., /probate-hunter)
• Make sure you're on Claude Pro — some skills require extended context

Yes. You can have dozens of skills installed and switch between them freely. Each session in Claude Code is independent — you can run your lead gen employee in one tab and your content employee in another at the same time.

Not automatically. When we release an update to a skill, we'll notify you in Telegram and send the updated file. Updating is the same as installing — replace the old file in your skills folder with the new one.

We don't do free trials of paid tools, but we do offer a free demo run in Telegram. Join the group, tell us your industry and what you're trying to solve, and we'll run a live demo with your real data so you can see exactly what you're getting before you buy.

Because our tools are digital products (delivered instantly upon purchase), we generally don't offer refunds. However, if something doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, we'll make it right. Reach out in Telegram before you buy if you have concerns — we'd rather answer your questions upfront than deal with a dispute after.

We process payments through Gumroad, which accepts all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For larger deals (pro bundle and full suite), we also accept bank transfer and Zelle — message us in Telegram to arrange.

The fastest way to get help is the NMD Telegram group. Post your issue and someone from the team will respond. For urgent issues from paid clients, DM directly in Telegram and mention your order.

Telegram group: usually within a few hours during business hours. Paid clients with direct access typically get a response within 1–2 hours. We're based in Arizona (MST) — if you message overnight, expect a response first thing in the morning.

Yes — custom builds are available. We've built tools for industries and use cases not listed on the site. If you have a specific workflow you want automated, message us in Telegram with the details and we'll scope it out and quote you.

Yes. For Pro bundle and full suite clients, we offer a personal onboarding session — we walk through setup together live (via screen share or step-by-step in Telegram). For smaller purchases, our Get Started guide covers everything and we're available for questions in Telegram if you get stuck.
